Gordy Lockhart, originally hailing from Scotland, married his Kiwi husband 18 years ago in one of New Zealand’s very first civil unions. Gordy has lived in Tauranga, in New Zealand's Bay of Plenty for 12 years and believes in challenging views that would deny any of our fellow humans' equality, equity and access to a diverse society. Gordy talks of politics, of inclusion and diversity, of equity and of creating a world where any individual feels as valued as the next.
